Our world today is HUGE, and we are inundated with information and images. It’s taken me 32 years to work out what I love, what is important to me and what is not. Family, friends, health, of course! But after them, I love fashion – classic yet quirky garments, mostly solids with occasional pops of print or colours. I love hats and shoes and bold jewellery. Looking good and feeling good are important to me, as a woman, a wife and a mother. This site is all about little things I’m doing to make myself feel good 🙂
I’m currently sewing a wearable wardrobe, forever aiming for continuity across my classic staple key pieces. My goal is to have 1 wardrobe of clothes that get worn regularly.. where all pieces go with one another, and the only difference between day and night is a sweep of red lipstick and high heels!

I have 3 young boys so I don’t have many opportunities to visit salons etc. I love finding essential beauty products and cosmetics that I can use to enhance my self esteem, and can be used at home. I’ll be sharing my favourites, testing some new products with honest reviews.
Yes, you’ve probably seen tutorials for these before, I find this way to be the simplest for my mind, but with the neatest results. If you’ve got some...
