All orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking, from our Brisbane (Australia) HQ. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days (or faster if we can!). 


  • $80 AUD for Australia & New Zealand

Due to the ever changing nature of international shipping post Covid, we use Australia Post live carrier rates at the checkout to ensure you’re receiving the best possible shipping rate. Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page based on the weight of your order.

Express shipping options will be presented at the checkout. 


Finally we’re starting to see our parcels move around the world much more quickly! We recommend allowing the follow number of shippings days after your order has been dispatched (estimate only):

  • Australia: 1-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of World: 6-12 business days

As with any imported goods, the receiver is responsible for any taxes charged by your country's border force. We do not offer returns or refunds for customers who refuse to pay the duties and taxes, and we will treat the parcel as abandoned. If you are unsure of your country's limits and rates surrounding imports, please research this before purchasing.


If you are moving house in the next few months, we recommend having your order sent to a permanent address or PO Box, just in case your order is delayed.

To ensure we are offering efficient service on our end, we endeavor to pack and send within 2 business days from the date of order (excluding sale periods and Ceramics drops), and we print the address label according to your entered shipping address.  We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, please keep an eye on the carrier's tracking page to view the progress of your parcel.

We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged, KATM will cover the cost of return shipping. All other returns will require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping. 

All sale items are "final sale" and cannot be returned unless faulty.
